Matranga, Salvadore - November 13, 1896
Died--Friday, November 13,1896, at 11:30 P. M., Salvadore Matranga, aged 76 years, a native of Palermo, Italy, and a resident of New Orleans for the past forty-five years. Mr. Matranga was the father of Mr. Matranga of this city, to whom The Echo extends deepest sympathy. The deceased was well and favorably known, and his demise followed that of his wife by only a few weeks difference.
