AN ACT, to attach a part of the county of Hancock, to the county of
Perrv.

Sec. I, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-sentaiives of the State of Mississippi, in General Assembly convened, That from and after the passage of this act, all that part of Hancock county, contained in townships one and two, of ranges eleven, twelve, and thirteen, be, and the same is hereby attached to, and shall be a part of the county of Perry : Provided nevertheless, that the county treasurer of the county of Perry, pay over to the order of the treasurer of the county of Hancock, all the county taxes collected for the present year, from the inhabitants included in said township.
