BILL TAYLOR COUNCILMAN-AT-LARGE City of Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi (REVISED 8/22/03) Subject: Suggested changes to the Preservation Committee working draft of May 6, 2002 To: Mayor Eddie Favre Councilman Doug Seal, Ward 1 Councilman Jim Thriffiley, Ward 2 Councilman Tom Farve, Ward 3 Councilman Bobby Compretta, Ward 4 City Attorney John Scafide The following document is the Preservation Committee’s working draft of May 6, 2002 with changes that I suggest as of June 27, 2003. I incorporated some of the ideas Mr. Gregory Kergosien proposed to the Mayor and City Council in his letter of June 19, 2003. I did not use Mr. Kergosien’s suggestions about Section XV because I thought Mr. Scafide should look at those first. I hope you find these suggestions useful and with each of your suggestions perhaps we can come up with a document we all can live with. Changes or additions are in bold underlined type.
