FUNERAL CONDUCTED FOR MRS. C. A. BREA TH Bay St. Louis, Miss., Nov. lb.? The funeral of Mrs. Charles A. Breath, who died at her home here, was held from the Fahey funeral home Friday. Services were conducted at the Catholic church and at the Cedar Rest cemetery by the Rev. Leo Fahey.
Pallbearers were Leo Seal, A. [ T. Leonhard, Walter Leonhard, !-Carl ? Marshall, Terrell PerKins and W. L. Bourgeois.

Mrs. Rita Breath Expires at Home in Bay St. Louis lf,

Bay St. Louis, Miss., Nov. 16.? | ^ Mrs. Rita Leonhard Boardman Breath, a native of New Orleans and a resident of this city for the past 50 years, died at her home here today following an illness of several weeks. Mrs. Breath wras the daughter of the late Louis Leonhard, who in 1872 founded the Leonhard department store in New Orleans, and Mrs. Josephine Schuler Leonhard. She was prominently known for her business ability, her wide-reaching charities and her civic activities and her genial hospitality. She was a member of the Catholic church, the U. D. C., the Bay St. Louis Chamber of Commerce, the Woman?s Missionary Society and was president of the first Parent-Teacher Association organized in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Breath was first married
yto the late Captain William Boardman of New Orleans and following his death she became the wife of Charles A. Breath, who survives her.
Sbe also leaves three daughters, Mr. J. C. Coland and Mrs. Carl 01 sen of Bay St. Louis, daughters by her first marriage, and Mrs. Rodger Boh of Bay St. Louis; one son, Charles A. Breath, Jr., of Bay St. Louis and two brothers, Phil
