THE BAY’S GRACE SCHOOL.
The graded school is progressing finely. 128 pupils have been enrolled to date. This is an increase of 15 over the enrollment for the entire term last year, and 55 more that were enrolled for the same period last year.
Everything bids fair for this to be the most prosperous session of any in the history of the city schools.
The teachers are not mere novices but each have had a wide and successful experience in the work.
The surroundings, location, building and grounds are second to none in South Mississippi. A visitor who has travelled widely in the State, on being shown through the building last week, said that in point of workmanship, the study hall was the most elegantly finished auditorium in the State.
