F-aton J. Bowers vs Board of Health of the State of Louisiana is the title of a suit filed in the 13. S. Circuit Court July 7f 1898.
The suit is to enjoin defendants from further continuing the quarantine epainst the I-'ississipni Const towns.
The cornplainixixant is an attorney who practices in Bay St. Louis and in New Orleans. He claims that he has a large and lucrative practise in Hew Orleans and that it is his custom to come to New Oeleans to attend to his business two days out of every week.
He sets forth that his business has fceen materially and irreparably suffered in consequence of his inability to corse to New Orleans to consult with clients and transact other business.
He further sets forth that the Quarantine against the town of Ba^g.t^'Louis is an unnecessary one, and thr=t serious inconveniences are the result.
