Personally appeared before me John A.Breath,a Justice of the Peace of said county and State,Louis Leonhard,Trustee,who makes oath that on September 24.1900 he posted the annexed notice on the front of the court house in the City of Bay St Louis in said countyjthat said notice remained so posted until this day;that one copy of said notice
was posted at the front of F.Taconi's store at the corner of Front &
Main streets in said city;and that one copy of said notice was posted at the front of C.Bourgeois' store on Julia street in said Cityjand that from information received he verily believes that the last two copies remained so posted from September 24.1900 until this day.
