Deeds
Book C-9, page 520, dated 1/26/1917 in which George deeded to Eleanor a lot whose front began at the west line of Dunbar Avenue and ran between paralle line 192	feet apart	(an
"arpent" or	French acre), on a course N	70 degrees	W to	the
corporation line or the east line of the next lot described.
The second lot was also deeded by George to Eleanor and described as "lies west of the above lot 385" and likewise was 192 feet wide and ran to the 40 Arpernt or Claim line. Bounded on the North by R. L Breath and on the South by Conrad Sick.
Book D-2, page 375, dated 11/4/1920, Peerless deeded to Eleanore property described as beginning at intersection of lots 383 and 388 on the west line of Front St. (N. Beach Blvd.) and going N 70 degrees W a distance of 330 feet to a stake, N 42	degrees E for a distance of	206.8 feet	to a	point
of the line	between lots 382 and 380. S	70 degrees	E 250 feet
to the water's edge, thense SW along the bay edge to a stake between lots 382 and 389. Thense N 70 degrees W to the place of beginning, being part of lot 383 and all of 382. (This is marked in yellow on the map).

Book D-7, page 153 dated 4/30/1925 Eleanore sold the above lands to Alvina R. and Catherine Hoffman and "all tools used on the place for farm are included". So, Eleanore was likely still here in 1925. I will check the census for 1910 and 1920 tomorrow when the Anderson Library opens.
Book S, pages 412-429 dated 5/14/1925, Eleanore and George sold to Conrad Sick, lots 11 and 17, square 8 in the Leonard's subdivision. The Leonard subdivision lay a couple of blocks north of the Peerless	property	on lands	of
the Cowan Plantation heirs.	The Cowan	home was	built in	1812
and still stands.
