Presented by Alderman Starr, seconded by Schwall, and carried	the
city of Bay St. Louis do hereby accept the building and ground, as the Firemans Hall on Second and Ullman Streets, without any reservations of title to anyone and that City accept the title in fee simple in said property without obligation and kzki±at±JBnx liabilities to anyone„That the city attorney is hereby authorized
—		 to fix the necessary papers for the proper conveyance
to the city tii of Bay St0 Louis and that his fee for so doing fixed at 30.00.	August 8th 2:00 O'clock
