STAY AWAY
We deem it necessary to renew our warning to absent citizens to stay away from New Orleans and the yellow fever area until the plague has ceased, and until it is announced by the proper authorities that it is safe to return.
Vicksburg epidemic ended November 2, 1878 Mobile raised its quarantine.
Trains began running again for first time in three months between New Orleans and Mobile. On November 3, 18^7*
at 7:30 A.M. an excursion train left New Orleans for Biloxi, at 5:00 P. M. the regular trains will start for Mobile.
