The great halls that run the length of the house, on both floors, were once used for entertaining and also provided a natural air conditioning system. Two great porches on the front of the house have inviting swings and large rocking chairs. The veranda overlooks the backyard flower garden and patio, which are surrounded by tall shady oaks. A spacious deck provides a place to sit, relax under the great magnolia, and enjoy the gulf breeze. Come join us and escape to the elegance of the old antebellum south. Biloxi and the Mississippi Gulf Coast have been a vacation resort area of the south for more than 100 years. Walk on the white sand beach; watch the pelicans and water birds as they fly; or just sit on the spacious porches or veranda and sip tea or a cool mint julep while you watch the boats sail by on the Gulf.
