Spectator boats add much to the flavor of the Chapman Regatta, but it is required that the spectator boats stay clear of the race course and avoid creating wakes that will interfere with the racing. Please bear in mind that the smallest wake or wind shadow could result in an unfair disadvantage to a competitor. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
