Guerin has talked with Tim Kellar a number of times about this project. Most recently, Tim told of taking his family to the site, about which he is familiar from his childhood days on to present. He even has an artifact or two.
His enthusiasm shown in touring the site with his family speaks for itself. Mrs. Cowand
Guerin has had appointment with Mrs. Lisa Cowand, Pres of Bd of Sup.
Mrs. Cowand received idea of enhancement of Claiborne with enthusiasm. I narrated activity with others whom I have already contacted, and described Rep. Baria’s suggestion of high-level committee meeting. Mrs. Cowand suggested adding Mrs. Nancy Gex to the list.
At my admission that I do not have the prestige in our community to call such a meeting, she volunteered that she would do so, in conjunction with Rep. Baria.
She explained that because of other pressing business, specifically with regard to budget matters, a timetable for meeting would possibly be in mid September.
