in the year of Our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Seventy Six the Executive Committee of the Hancock County Bay-Waveland Bicentennial Committee composed of John K. McKenna, chairman of the committee; Honorable John Lon^o, mayor of the city of Waveland;- Honorable Warren J. Carver, mayor of the city of Bay St. Louis; James Travirca, vice president of the Hancock County Board of Supervisors, met in the home of Mrs. Joe 'filliams Pilet, public relations official for the aforesaid commission, for the purpose of formulating a permanent record of the history, and to present a resume of activities, endorsements and accomplishments of said Bicentennial Commission.

It is requested by this Executive Committee this report be included in and nad.e a perma'’ent record by spreading it upon the minutes of the Hancock County Board of Supervisors as well as the

minutes of the Cities of Waveland and 3ay St. Louis.
