40.	HOME OF JIM & ANN GEARY
11 Golf View, Pass Christian, MS Hours: 10:00 am - 12:00 noon • Friday, April 2nd
This weekend home, containing four bedrooms and four bathrooms was designed and built by Robert Stumm in 2003. It was constructed with steel framing, and all three levels have poured concrete floors that have been scored and stained. The large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading out to the front porch allow a wonderful view, from the kitchen and great room, of Bayou Mallini and the Bay. When you come down the stairs, to the pool deck, and connected spa, there is a great, elevated view of the bayou. From there head towards the water, go out to the pier, and look back at the house and the house next door, owned by the architect/builder, to fully appreciate the true uniqueness of these houses.

418 S. Beach Blvd., Bay St. Louis, MS Hours: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm • Friday, April 2nd
The family home was the House of the Future featuring electricity at the New Orleans World’s Fair of 1984. In 1906 the house was dismantled and floated on a barge to Bay St. Louis where it was purchased by John A. and Mary Jane Green. They raised five sons and two daughters in the house, one of whom was Mrs. Margaret Otis, who lived here until her death. Her great-niece, Charlotte Foster, has just finished restoring the house with the assistance of Crane Builders of New Orleans and Kevin Fitzpatrick of Bay St. Louis. The front parlor features triple crown molding and windows of three styles and has been furnished with pieces from Mrs. Foster’s great-grandmother, grandmother, and great aunts. An octagonal-shaped dining room resonates the polygonal front of the house and also features a variety of window styles - no two are alike. The rear of the house is a new addition holding the kitchen and one-and-a half story family room and an addtional upstairs bedroom. The second story has six bedrooms and baths, a sitting room and upstairs porch overlooking the Bay.
