Many thanks for your letter of July 7th enclosing several sketches of the home at 616 N. Beach.
I "believe you have a good idea to frame the smaller sketch, with a border, instead: of the 8 x 10 size. The smaller one shows a lot more detail.
A brief comment about the history of the home:	My	Grandmother,
RITA LEONHARD (1868-1939)married my Grandfather, WILLIAM TYLER BOARDMAN October	1889. He died in 1894, and she married Charles A. Breach, Sr
in 1898. Mr. Breath died in 1941, and the home has been occupied by his decendants since that time.
I might mention that my Mother, ERNESTINE BOARDMAN ROLAND. (1893-1985) was born May 13, 1893 in the room to the far right in the picture, known as the "North Room".
I was also born in the "North Room" on October 17, 1914*.
