VII.	Johannes ?John? Zengerling - born on September 15, 1815 in Gehrden, Germany as already covered. He married Anna ?Barbara? Hausch on November 14, 1855 in Hancock County, MS and had the following children:
A.	Victoria Christena Zengerling - bom December 3, 1856 and died December 21, 1940 as found on her headstone in Bayou La Croix, Hancock County, MS. She is buried by her husband, John Michael Asher. Many members of her family are also buried in this old Catholic cemetery. She married her first cousin, John M. Asher, on December 28, 1887 at Our Lady of the Gulf Church in Bay St. Louis, MS. John M. Asher was bom on May 12, 1856, and his baptismal record is at Our Lady of the Gulf Church. He died on March 3, 1923 and is buried by his wife. John M. Asher was the son of Charles Asher and Christiana Friederike Hausch - a sister to John Zengerling?s wife, Anna ?Barbara? Hausch. The Charles Asher family will be covered later in a separate paper on ?The Hausch Family.? Victoria?s marriage record names all four parents. They lived approximately five miles west of Waveland, MS, just north of Hwy 90 in the ?Asherville Community.? This community is also called ?Bayou Philip.? They had:
1.	John ?Joseph? Asher - born September 27, 1879 and died December 23, 1961 as listed on his headstone in Bayou La Croix Cemetery. His baptismal record is at Annunciation Catholic Church in Kiln, MS. This record says he was born on September 26, 1879 and his name was ?John Joseph Ascher.? He married Mary Rebecca Garcia on May 15, 1901 at Annunciation Church in Kiln, MS and lived in Bayou Philip all his life. They had:

c.	Albert Eugene Asher - born May 20, 1905

i.	Nora Asher - born in 1916 and died same year
j.	Alberta Agatha ?Bertha? Asher - born August 27, 1917

1.	Carrie Delores Asher-bom January 21, 1923
2.	Michael M. Asher - born July 5, 1883 and died April 4, 1962 as listed on his headstone in Bayou La Croix Cemetery. He is listed in the 1900 Hancock County census as born ?July 1884.? He lived in Bayou Philip, never married, nor had any children.
3.	Louis Pesatine ?Tena? Asher - bom October 8, 1885 and died January 25, 1968 as listed on his headstone in Bayou La Croix Cemetery. He was baptized at Annunciation Church on December 19, 1885 as ?Louis Plaisante Asher.? He
