Personally appeared before me Clerk of the Chancery Court for Hancock County, State of Mississippi John Henry, Supt etc, who makes oath that the foregoing statement is true and correct as stated. Sworn to and subscribed before me this the 5th day of December, 1910. E. H. Hoffmann Chancery Clerk Whereas the Board of Supervisors of Hancock County were authorized under Chapter 255 Laws of 1910, affirmed Febry. 25, 1910, to erect and build a court house for said county and for said purpose were authorized to borrow the sum of twenty thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, now therefore it is hereby ordered that for said purpose that Hancock County do borrow from the Hancock County Bank of Bay St. Louis, Miss., the sum of Ten Thousand dollars; for said sum so borrowed there shall be issued five warrants as follows: One for $2000.00 payable one year from its date, bearing five per cent interest per annum from its date. One for $2000.00 payable two years from its date, bearing five per cent interest per annum from its date, the interest payable annually. One for $2000.00 payable three years from its date, bearing five per cent interest from its date, the interest payable annually. One for $2000.00 payable four years from its date, bearing five per cent interest per annum from date, the interest payable annually. One for $2000.00 payable five years from its date bearing five per cent interest per annum from date, the interest payable annually. Said warrants shall be dated the 6th day of December 1910.
