It's just a little cottage on the outskirts of the town] It's roof is sort of slanty and it's kinda tumbled down. The hollyhocks are blooming along the old board walk^ And folks just love to linger around awhile and talk.
The rambling rose is climbing around the cottage doorj The pansies and the violets are blooming in galore .
The whole place seems enchanted,* to me it is devine^ And it all belongs to dear Miss Caroline.
