Usual provisions are made for sale of property in case of default in payment of the indebtedness secured, and for the substitution of trustees. Said Trustee being hereby authorized and empowered to enter upon saud land and personal property and sell and dispose of same, or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay any and all of the aforesaid indebtedness remaining due and unpaid, to the highest bidder, at public auction, on the premises, for cash, after first giving thirty days notice, by advertisement in a newspaper ( if any there be) published in said County of Hancock, State of Mississippi, and posting-printed or written notices of the time, place and terms of said sale in two or more public places in Hancock County, in event of such default.
