FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, BAY ST. LOUIS, MS	15
Polly Justice. Teaching the adults were Ed Young, Ed Ling, Dr. Steve Southern, Larry Roberts, Dr. Gus Rapp, Jim Johnston, Rev. Jones, Bob Riddle, Bob Barrett, Debbie Trotter, Ellie D'Antoni, Elton Buccanan and Dave Wilson Vacation Bible School also grew under the direction of Kathy Mauffrey,
Donna Southern and Sharon Loiacano. Sharon later also began giving the "Children?s Sermon" each week. Also, Ray Coleman and Dr. Steve Southern worked hard to raise money for equipment for the playground.
In celebration of his 60 years in the ministry, Rev. Dwyn Mounger was honored by the Presbytery of Mississippi at its meeting on July 25, 1991.
All 60 years of his ministry have been in Mississippi, except for three years as a military chaplain. What an incredible individual - and what a delightful one! His long association with this church has indeed been ablessing.
The church was fortunate T-:hen Rev. Kathleen Hodgson moved to the Diamondhead area at just the time Rev. Jones was leaving in February, 1996, to go to a new ministry in Kentucky. Rev. Hodgson served as a very capable Temporary Supply Pastor through the end of that year ? truly an answer to prayers. When she left to assume the position of Parish Associate for Christian Education with the Westminister	Church of	Gulfport,	we	again
found capable Supply Pastors in Rev. John	Malestein	(1st, 2nd	and	4th
Sundays) and Rev. Paul Kendall (3rd and 5th Sundays). We were also fortunate to have a very capable organist, Tanya Campbell, to lead us each Sunday.
And, so, the First Presbyterian Church of Bay St. Louis celebrates its 40th anniversary. The vision and hard work of those first organizers will always be cherished. The contributions of each member -- past and present-continue to bless the church. And the prayer continues to be	for	God's
guidance and blessing in the future.
