This is the same board as last year. i Before adjourning' the stockholders vot-! that a resolution of thanks be tendered Mr. John Osoinach, the retiring president, for his untiring energies and successful efforts in behalf of the bahk, and it was further voted as a deeper mani-festion of appreciation that the cotn^ii-tee in charge have the reaolutioa published in local press,

The different committees from mem-. bers of the board of directors was appointed by the president. f‘ "W. J. Gex is the bank’s attorney. -There is every indication and promise for as good results in the future;.if not better.
