Hon. A. M* Dahlgren vas arraigned in Justice Cravford's court today on a charge of shooting with intent to kill in the courtroom on last Thursday (July 28, 1892).
All of the witnesses who were present at the time testified and vere unanimous, with one exception, that Jake Smith, the man shot, was advancing on Dahlgren In a rude, angry and threatening manner, and as though driving a weapon, when the latter fired, and that Dahlgren stopped shooting when he saw that Smith was hurt*
Smith's wound is very slight.
