SECTION XXI CONFLICTING ORDINANCES
Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed as to exempt property owners from complying with existing City codes, nor to prevent any property owner from making any use of his property not prohibited by other statutes, ordinances, or regulations.
SECTION XXII CONFLICT WITH THE MISSISSIPPI ANTIQUITIES ACT
Likewise, all ordinances and part of the ordinances in conflict with the Mississippi Antiquities Act (39-7-1 et. Seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended in 1983) are hereby repealed.
SECTION XXIII EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance shall become effective one month after its passage.
