I do bequeath to my son Joseph Poitevint one tract of land which he now pssesses together one negro man named Will.
I do bequeath to my son Samuel Poitevint his choice of two tracts of land - one of them is in the fork of the river and the other is this that I live upon.
That in the fork of the river now or this that I live upon after my wife Susan Poitevint deceases, he having the first choice of those two tracts of land.
The other lots I do bequeath to my son Isaac Poitevint. I would desire my son Joseph and Samuel Poitevint for to save the land that I have orchard for the rest of my children. I also will and desire that the remainder of my estate real and personal may be equally divided among these five children - that is to say - James Poitevint and Judy Poitevint and Hester Poitevint and Isaac Poitevint and Ann Poitevint. I would desire that they may have their equal share and having thus finished my last will and testimony and now dissolving (?) all other wills, and now declaring this to be my last will and having no other will and in witness thereof I have now hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written and
