ANDREA LOIACANO. . .
A native of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, the artist received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from William Carey College with further studies in Europe through Holy Cross College and the University of London.
Colorful expressionistic works in watercolor and acrylic have earned her numerous awards and merits. After her one woman show at Sarah Gillespie Gallery, she was cited by Coast Magazine as a young woman in the arts to watch. Works by the artist are among private and corporate collections both local and national. She is also A Place of Art charter member.
