23 stock be kept together undivided for the purpose of raising my younger children. Item; I give and bequeath the remaining part of my estate real and personal to be equally divided among all my children share and share alike each to take their respective shares as they may come of age, reserving only to my younger children viz Portivent, Ann, Robert, Milton and Alfred Two hundred Spanish milled dollars each above their respective shares in my said estate, the same being intended to pay for their education. Item: I give and bequeath to each of the children of James Portevent deceased viz James, Susanna and John one hundred acres of land each the same to be run out as near'as possible square at the upper end of a tract of land I now posess on the east side of Long Creek joining Portevents and other lands, my executors glveing to each of the said children a deed worded in the same manner as the deed by which I posess the lands not being willing to injure my other heirs by giving a firmer title than what I hold by. Item: It is my desire that no division be made of any part of my said estate till all my just debts be paid, and I further desire that all the negroes be kept together undivided till by their labor the same be accomplished. Item: I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Ann Bloodworth executrix and my two sons Timothy and James Bloodworth executors to this my last will & testament, giving to my said executrix and executors full power and authority to,act and do whatever may be further necessary for the joint interest of themselves and the other legatees, with full power and authority to sell and dispose of any part of my said property (net before bequeathed for the payment of my debts or otherwise for use & interest of my said estate and I do hereby utterly revoke, disallow and disannull all former bequests, wills & legacies heretofore in any wise left or made, declaring, ratifying, and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
