Codicil to the within written Testament.
I hereby revoke the further item wherein I have bequeathed to the children of James Portevent, viz. James, John and Susanna one hundred acres of land to each & do hereby declare it void and of no effect, And do give and bequeath unto Susanna Portevent, daughter of the said James Portevent, two hundred acres of land beginning at an Iron tree on Rileys Creek patented by Samuel Portevent and running with the old line so as to contain two hundred acres in a square plot to her and her heirs and assigns forever. I do hereby revoke such part of the third item as gave to my son Poitevent and my daughter Ann two hundred dollars over and above their respective shares and now bequeath them one hundred dollars each instead of the two hundred mentioned in the third item.
