The building in front of the Echo Office occupied by Mr. and Mrs. George Borgstede, operating a beauty parlor and restaurant and owned by Mrs. Chorles G. Moreau, and the Dickson Drug Store, operated by Mr. Laurent Dickson, and the building owned by the Bay Theatre Corp, were completely destroyed.
