Robert Redford wrote an article for National Geographic Magazine about outlaw gangs of the old west and claimed one was a McCarty gang. he in totally incorrect. The gangs correct name was McCurdy.
A fake record was started on John C. McCarty on Mar.9,1965 that says his name is John H. McCarty and says his S.S. No. is 437404508. Since that date no one has believed anything he has said, mot even polygraph machine operator after the machine proves he is telling the truth. To nullify this they added a page that says he is so mentally defective that he does not remember being in prison or in a nuthouse. The person who committed all the crimes on his record is now a millionaire.	Due	to the fake record	his last day of
gainful employment	was	Jan. 16, 1976.	His	wife was alienated on Oct. 1, 1976 and on Feb. 24,1977 his son was taken away witnout him being allowed to attend the court that took him. Since he did nothing to have his wife and son taken away, he has	not	paid any child	support. His house was taken away on Dec.	14,	1979. His last	day	of any employment was June 13, 1991. All his fathers property is going to be tahen at his fathers death to pay child support. He is now having to live in the county where the fahe record originated, therefore his survival is not guaranteed.
His cousin was lynched in 1926 for murders committed by Jesse Favre (Farve). 90 per cent of the population still think that Carl (Doc) Jackson did it. 100 per cent of the population think that John C. McCarty committed all the crimes on his record. He obtained proof of the above on
