That no better place could be found for a concentration camp for training troops vas claimed in messages sent by the Biloxi Commercial Club yesterday (April 22, 191*+) to Senators Williams and Vardaman, Gov. Brever, Adjt. General Scales, Congressman Harrison, and Brig. Gen. E. K. Evans.
The matter vas also discussed this afternoon at a special meeting of the club.
