Given to secure the payment of an indebtedness of $1600.00, evidenced by promissory note of even date, payable twelve months after date, with interest at the rate of 10$ per annum from date until paid, the same tract of land described in It era No. 30 of this abstract.
Usual provisions are made for sale of property in case of default in payment of indebtedness secured and for substitution of trustees.
