these presents that I Eliza J.Barnard of the County of Hanoock and State of Mississippi part of the first part Tor and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred ($200.00) Dollars lawful money of the United States of Amerioa to me in hand paid by Thalus A.Mitohell of the oounty and state aforesaid party of the seoond part the receipt whereof Is hereby acknowledged, hnve given, granted, bargained and sold, and do by these presents give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, forever my undivided one fifth interest in and to the following pieceB, paroells lots, and tracts of land, situate lying and beln,: in the County of Hanoock and State of Mississippi and Known and described as follows to wit:
Lots Noa, 14, 16, 18 & 35 in Square D; Lots Nob 42 and 61 in square I, Lot No 74 in Square M. Lot No 95-98-99 and 100 in Square N: Lots 108-109-110-111-112-113-114-115-128 and 129 in Square P{ Lots 118-124- and 125 in Square s Lota Nos 120 and 121 in Square T. and the whole of Square No 4 all in the town of Gainesville; Also the East half of the South West quarter of seotion No 8, and the «est'halF"'yt the Ambrose Gaines Claim, all in Township No 8, south of Kange No 16 West, Containing three
hundred and sixty acres (360) ________ Together with the appurtenanoes to said premises
belonging, and all estate, title and interest, both at law and in equity of tho party of the first part in the came;- To have and to hold the said granted premises with the appurtenanoes, unto the party of the seoond part, hisheir3 and assigns forever in fee simple. And the sal d party of the first part for her heirs, executors and administrators does hereby Covenant and agree with the said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns that the said party at* the first part shall forever warrant and defend the title to the said desoribed premises unto the party of the seoond part his heirs and assigns against the olaim of all parsons lawfully claiming the same:
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for said County, the within named Eliza J. Barnard, who acknowledged that she signed sealed and delivered - the foregoing deed on the day and year therein mentioned as her aot and deed and for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
