and said report having been fully considered by the board it is ordered that the same be received, approved and filed.
It appearing that the final report of the architects and superintendent of the new court house building has been approved and having also approved the report of the committee appointed to inspect said building, all of which appears from the minutes of this board, and the board having made a thorough investigation of the subject matter and after duly considering the same and being now fully satisfied that said contract for the building of said court house by the Jett Bros. Contracting Company has been in all respects fomplied with and the work performed and completed in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof and the orders of this board - It is therefore ordered that said contract work so completed and complied with in the building of said new court house be and the same is hereby received and said court house building accepted - and it is further ordered that said building as accepted is to be known and designated as the Hancock County Court House, in which the Circuit and Chancery Courts of the county and the meetings of the board of supervisors shall be held, and also in which the clerk's of the said circuit and cnancery courts, the sheriff of the
