limits of the City of Bay St.Louis, Comity of Hancock, State of Mississippi, to-wit:	Beginning at the South West corner of land be-
longing to E. Munchow, the present purchaser, where said land intersects a Street parallel with the right of way of the Louisville and Nashville Rail Road Company; and from thence runs on a course South 70® East 900 feet; from thence South £0° West 95 feet; and from thence on a course North 70° West 900 feet; and from thence on a Horthernly course along the Eastern margin of said Street to the place of beginning, and bounded on the West by a Street running parallel with the Right of v/ay of the Louisville and Nashville Rail Road Company, and on the North by lands owned by the present purchaser; East by land of Heloise M. Barton; and South by lands formerly owned by Wilkijfison but now owned by A.D.Smith*

City of Bay St.Louis )	A plat of the City of Bay St.Louis, made
by Leland J. Henderson, C.E., was filed ir. the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Hancock Comity, Mississippi, on January 6th., 190£.
On this plat the Munchow land, embracing the three tracts covered by this abstract, with the addition of a strip adjoining said lands and lying Southerly thereof, having a width of 48 feet, more or less, is designated as Lot No. 77 of the Fourth Ward of said city.
In 1913 the said plat was‘revised for assessment purposes by E.S.Drake, C.E., to show later subdivisions of the land. However, no change had been made in Lot No. 77.
