county, and the superintendent of public education shall keep their offices.
It appearing to the board that the actual contract price for the building of the new court house was $24929.85 and the sum of $177.85 for extra work as agreed upon by this board being a total of $25107.70, and it also appearing •'/ that sundry payments have been made to the contractors The Jett Bros. Contracting Co. in accordance with the reports of the superintendent amounting to the sum of $19795.35 and the further som of $200.00 for tinting the walls in said building which item has been deducted from contract price by agreement of all parties, leaving an actual balance of $5112.35 now due on said contract - It is now ordered by the board that the balance due on said contract viz: $5112.35 be and the same is hereby allowed to the said Jett Bros. Contracting Company, being the final payment and in full of said contract for the building of said court house, payable out of the general county fund for which let warrant issue, Sect. 363 Code 1906.
Ordered by the board that the new court house	building be insured	for the
sum of $20,000.00 at the rate of	3% for five years,	premium	of $500.00,	and
that said building be insured in	companies authorized to do	business in	this
state and represented by Jos. T.	Cazeneuve Agent of	Bay St.	Louis, Mississippi.
Ordered by the board that the proposition of the Jett Bros. Contacting Company to furnish according to specifications all electrical fixtures complete with glass work but without lamps and put up in the new court house building complete as extra work for the sum of $504.00 be and the same is hereby accepted and said work awarded to them and upon completion of same and approval thereof by the certificate of the Equipment Louisiana Fire Insurance Prevention Bureau said work will be received and allowance made therefor.
Ordered that the Jett. Bros. Contracting Co. be and they are hereby directed to purchase a corner stone for the new court house building, same to
