NATIONAL REGISTER—The apartment and antique shop of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Kleinpeter at 506-B South Beach Blvd. at the corner of Washington Street in Bay St. Louis will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Bay-Waveland Garden Club Tour Thursday, March 27. The tour is conducted in conjunction with the Mississippi Gulf Coast Council of Garden Clubs 1986 Spring Pilgrimage. This house was originally constructed
in 1890 by W. H. Yenni as a store, later burned, was rebuilt in 1894 and has remained virtually unchanged since with the exception of a small addition at the rear built in the 1920s. The building is in the National Register of Historic Places and now houses an apartment and an antique shop which sells many of the same articles originally sold in the Yenni store.
