I make no further bequest to my son Thomas Lee, having already given him a negro boy named Handy and two hundred dollars which I consider about his distribution share. I hereby appoint my son Peyton Lee to be executor to this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 25th day of October, 1837. Term, 1844 The foregoing paper writing is exhibited for probate in open Court Before the Court aforesaid as the Last Will & Testament of James Lee deceased and the executor thereof is duly proven by the oath of Enoch Herring, one of subscribing witnessess thereto and it is adjudged by. the Court that the same is the Last Will & Testament of James Lee deceased, sufficient to bequeath and pass the property therein mentioned.
