B.	Juanita June Seitz - bom on June 26, 1918 at Norfield. While she was
at nursing school in New Orleans, she met and married Jimmy Dupuy.
They resided in Marrero, LA and had three children:
1.	James Seitz Dupuy - lived with parents.
2.	Melony Celeste Dupuy - married David M. Scioneaux, they had one son, David, Jr., and lived in Marrero, LA.
3.	David Allney Dupuy - lived with parents at the time of the interview.
Before we conclude, we would like to mention that we traveled on vacation to Germany in September 1985. We of course, visited “Oberweiler im Tal” and spoke to various people; to include some distant relatives. They explained that Oberweiler is a Dorf (village), Wolfstein is the Stadt (town), Kusel is the Kreis (county), Kaiserslautern is the Regierungsbezirk (region), Rheinland-Palatinate is the Bundesland (state), and Deutschland (Germany) is the country.
While there we met Gustav Mahler who is a distant relative. He said that our George Riehlmann had a sister that married an Ulrich, and they had three children - none of which married. He also said George had a brother that was a teacher that lived in Lambrecht, Germany, and some of these relatives now live in Neustadt, Germany. He was very old and could not remember these peoples first names - he only heard the older family members talking of them. Mr. Mahler also told us that the old Riehlmann home was located on Bruecken Street in Oberweiler but was tom down years ago and is now a small public park.
Oberweiler had at the time approximately 230 residents and is a small quiet mountain village. The first record of this village is in 1451, and was owned by the Muhlenstein family since 1318. This family was very unpopular and was later destroyed in the 15th century by soldiers from Strasburg which is now in France.
We would like to extend our gratitude to two special people. First is Mrs. Nelda Burt of Las Vegas, NV. She has access to the LDS Library that has on file microfilm of the births, marriages, and deaths (1818-1875) of Oberweiler. She read and translated many records relating to our early Riehlmanns. The other is Sharon W. Hawkins of Salt Lake City, Utah. She provided us with plenty of early records on our Henecko Family. She has access to microfilm of the Catholic Church records in Bellheim, Germany that is on file at LDS Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been able to read and translate many records that have played an important role in our research.
You may have noticed that we have not given complete citations for every piece of information, especially census records. The reason simply being, it would have taken much longer to complete this history. There is enough information here that any “rookie” genealogist can find the specific source if they make even a half-hearted effort.
If anyone thinks this report is “perfect” they will be disappointed. This type of research is much too complex. The “questionnaires” we had completed in 1973, and updated in 2010, were submitted by close family members, and were often done from “memory.” Because of this there are possibly some mistakes, especially with those born around 1930 and later.
