She applied to the Propagation of the Faith for the money but having no authorization from (Blanc) they did not think they should give her the money. She has had to borrow 3000 francs. She asks (Blanc) to send the authorization to the Propagation. She is in great financial Jjjguble and has debts beyond what they possess.
