When the actual donations were made in the I860's, Elolse received the
following grant.
Know all men by these( presents that I, John Baptiste ,
Ladnlcr, of the county of ftancock in the State aforesaid, for and in consideration of th^ love land goodwill jind affection which I have and doth beai^'towards my daughter,
Eloulse, wife of Louis Groux the County of Jackson in the State aforesaid have given, grafted, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do freely and voluntarily fcive, grant, conveys and	confirm unto my said daughter, Eloulsfe
and to her heirs	and assslgns forever, a certain lot,
plcre or parcel of land situate lying and being within the limits and county boundaries of the aforesaid Jackson and bounded as follows to wit:
