f - Sheet £6 - On Sheet £5, at Item No.38, we shew a sketch copied from the present official plat of the City of Bay St.Louis, made by E.S. Lrake, Civil Engineer, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Hancock County, Mississippi, on May 1st., 19£3. The part shown on said sketch is in the Fourth Ward of said city, lot No.168 represents the land which was conveyed by W.S.Roberson and wife to W.T.Moon as per description in Item Ho. 35 of this abstract. The said deed also conveyed other land. At a later date, viz; March, 19£8, the said Drake plat was amended so as to show subdivisions made since the filing of the original plat. It now shows St.Charles Subdivision superimposed on Lot No. 168 and other lots. -39- Trust Deed. Dated Jan.£, 19£5. Consideration: $1.00 paid by Trustee, and to secure the payment of an indebtedness of $400.00, evidenced by a pronissory note of even date, payable one year after date, with interest at the rate of 8^ per annum from date until paid. Conveys in trust the same land described in Item No.35 of this abstract. Usual provisions are made for sale of property in case of default in payment of indebtedness secured, for payment of taxes, maintainanee of fire insurance and substitution of Trustees. Acknowledged Jan. £, 19£5, before Evelyn Hunt, a Notary Public of the City of Bay St.Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi. Official seal affixed. Filed for record Jan. 3, 19£5, and recorded March 13, 19£5, in Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Lands, Vol.19, pages 98 - 100. On margin of page 98 appears the following entry of cancellation: The note secured by Trust Deed herein was paid and satisfied in full and Trust Deed cancelled this April 14 A.D.19£5.
