BAY ST. LOUIS ALL RIGHT A gentlennn writing from Bay St. Louis under date of September 12, 1878, to a relative in this city says:
"Our panic is all over, and everybody gay and hapoy. Every one of the so-called yellow fever patients are up and well today, and the whole thing was a scare."
