S. pensionsers, Louisiana Agency, at New Orleans, duly authorized by law to administer oaths to pensioners and others, personally appeared Mrs. Rebecca Nixon, resident of Shieldsborough in the State of Mississippi, and on her oath declares that she is the widow cf Lt. CoL George H. Nixon 13th Regt. Mississippi Militia, that her name was placed on the pension list, roll of the Jackson Miss. A.gency where her pension has heretofore been paid, but wishes that said pension, hereafter, be made payable a the New Orleans, La. Agency; for the following reasons, that the latter Agency is more convenient and easy of access for getting her pension, than the former.
