The foregoing, copies of oaths of office and the fact	that	the	foregoing	named	parties	have
taken the oath of office as provided for by law,, being the	same	are	hereby declared	to	have	taken the
oath of office as provided for by law, and they shall immediately thereupon assume their respective duties as such officers.
Upon motion^ duly seconded, it is hereby ordered that the Clerk of this Council express the unan-imour appreciation of this Council for the services rendered by the Hon. A. C, Mitchell, Chancery ^lerk of Hancock County,. Mississippi, in administering the Oaths of Office to this newly elected Board of City Officers.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the statute of the State of Mississippi, and in accordance with Ordinances and Resolutions of the City ofBay t>t. Louis, it is mandatory that the Mayor and Council Commissioners of the City of Bay St. Louis make surety bonds payable to the City of Bgy St. Louis, to insure the faithful performance of their duties, and
WHEREAS, by Ordinance and Resolution previously made and adopted, the amourfc s of bonds of the officers of the City of Bay Sairt Louis have been and it is hereby ordered that they shall be as follows, to-wit:

WHEREAS, the foregoing bonds as submitted to the Council by the lewly elected officers of the City of Bay st. Louis, Mississippi, appear to be in order and in the amounts previously established by Ordinance and Resolution, and it being the opinion of this C0Uncil that the foregoing bonds be approved and accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AND OEDERED that the bonds which have been filed with the Clerk of the City of Bay St, Louis, be and the same are hereby approved and accepted by this ^oard and that the original copies of said bonds which appear in the foregoing are to remain on file with the Cleric of the City of Bay ^t. Louis, Mississippi.
