Appointment of Substituted Trustee.
Dated Aug. 12, 1930.
By virtue of the authority vested in the Beneficiary in a certain Deed of Trust executed by Tudor B. Carre, conveying to Geo.R.Rea, Trustee, land in the City of Bay St.Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi, to secure an indebtedness owing by him to the Peoples Building & Loan Association of Bay St.Louis, Miss-, which said Deed of Trust is dated September 3, 1927, and recorded in Vol. No. 22, pages 368-370, Records of Mortgages and Dc-eds of Trust on lands in said Hancock County; the said Association does by order of its Board of Directors hereby appoint and substitute W.V.Yates of Bay St.Louis, Miss., as Trustee instead of said Geo. R.
Rea named as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, who has declined to act as such Trustee.
Duly acknowledged Aug. 12, 1930, before W.W.Stockstill, a Notary Public of Hancock County, Mississippi. Official seal affixed.
Authenticated copy of resolution of Board of Directors of said Association, making said substitution and ordering the President and Secretary of said Association to execute a written instrument substituting said W.V.Yates as Trustee in the place and stead of Geo. R. Rea, is recorded herewith.
