The ladies of Bay Saint Louis, that delightful resort on our lake shore, are getting up entertainment to consist of a Ball and Concert, under the direction of Miss 0. Romey.
The Concert will be given at 7 1/2 P. M., and the Ball, we doubt not, will be carried well beyond the "wee sma1 hours" of morning.
