At this term 01 the Chancery Court of this county, we obtiined a decree in your suit declaring you to "be the sole heir at law of Mrs Pitcher, nov; deceased, and as such placed in possession of her estate. As an evidence 01 your rights in this regard we herewith enclose to you a formally certified copy of the decree of the Chancery Courj in that case.
