34	Benjamin Babbitt: Benjamin was bom about 1706. He married Abigail ? Babbitt in Sudbury,
Massachusetts, about 1726. He married Abiah Crane in Berkley, Massachusetts, January 5, 1738.	He
made a will in Berkley, Massachusetts, December 11, 1752. The will was proved March 15, 1753.
Benjamin died between December 1752 and March 1753 in Berkley, Massachusetts. He was appointed Assessor of Berkley, Massachusetts, at the first town meeting May 12, 1735.

36	Col. Ebenezer Learned: He resided in Oxford, Worcester Co., Massachusetts about 1714. Ebenezer and his brother Isaac were among the first settlers of Oxford, and his eldest child, Dorothy, was the first child bom there. On the division of the proprietors lots, he drew number 19, about four miles from Isaac's, in an area now known as North Oxford. The house may have been built about 1714. In 1875, it was still standing and in "habitable" condition. All nine of his children were bom in that house, and he and his wife lived and died there, succeeded by three generations of descendants. O.F. Chase & Co. Ebenezer was the largest landholder in Oxford. In 1754, Ebenezer and Edward Davis, husband of his daughter Abigail, purchased about 2500 acres of land in the north part of Oxford, much of it in the new town of Charlton, from the Whateleys of England. Here, Davis settled four of his sons: Ebenezer, Jacob, Reuben, and Levi. Part of the land later came into the possession of Ebenezer, the eldest son of Col. Ebenezer Learned. Just at the close of the Revolutionary War, this son, Gen. Ebenezer Learned, built a large house on the land and lived there until he died. Then his son, Col. Sylvanus, lived there; then Abisha, the second son of Sylvanus, succeeded him. Col. Ebenezer built a dam and sawmill on his estate some time before 1728. This mill was run until 1859, when it was tom down and factories erected. He gave the homestead farm to his youngest son, Jeremiah.
Ebenezer was bom August 31, 1690 in Sherbom, Massachusetts. Although the town in which he was bom was known as Sherbom, it became Framingham in 1699.
Ebenezer was listed as a member of a church in first church established in Oxford, about 1714. Later, in 1748, when a larger church was built, Ebenezer donated the land and "commons? around it.
He married Deborah Haynes in Sudbury, Massachusetts, October 14, 1714. He made a will in Worcester, Massachusetts, September 9, 1767. Ebenezer died March 15, 1772 in Oxford, Worcester Co., Massachusetts, at 81 years of age.
37	Deborah Haynes: Deborah was bom July 30, 1690 in Sudbury, Massachusetts. She married Col. Ebenezer Learned in Sudbury, Massachusetts, October 14, 1714. Deborah died August 21, 1777 in Oxford, Worcester Co., Massachusetts, at 87 years of age.
38	Samuel Baker: Samuel was bom about 1696 in Woburn, Massachusetts. He married Mary ? Baker in probably Woburn, Massachusetts, about 1715. Samuel served in the military about 1756. He was a soldier in Captain Ebenezer Leamed's company in the French War.

She married Samuel Baker in probably Wobum, Massachusetts, about 1715.
44	Peter Hurd: Peter was bom 1705. He married Sarah Eddy in Sudbury, Massachusetts, June 11, 1730.
He resided in Cambridge, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts before 1733. He resided in Oxford, Worcester Co., Massachusetts 1733, farm south of town. Peter died 1750.
45	Sarah Eddy: Sarah was bom May 9, 1700 in Watertown, Massachusetts. She married Peter Hurd in Sudbury, Massachusetts, June 11, 1730. She resided in Oxford, Massachusetts 1733. Sarah died October 14, 1779 in probably Oxford, Massachusetts, at 79 years of age.
46	John Livermore: John was bom April 2, 1709 in Weston, Massachusetts. He married Abigail Stone in Framingham, Massachusetts, June 23, 1731. He married an unknown person in Framingham, Massachusetts, June 23, 1731.
