Joshua married Lydia Hopkins on August 2, 1733 in Harwich. Lydia Hopkins was born on June 1, 1713 in Harwich, MA to Samuel Hopkins and Lydia Rich. She died September 19, 1781 in Dutchess Co., NY and is buried in the Sears Burying Ground in Doanesburg, Putnam Co. NY with a headstone. Joshua Crosby married, late in life, a second time to Eunice Freeman Foster on May 16, 1784 in Harwich after Lydia's death in 1781.
